You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
- No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
- No cheating, match-fixing, or manipulation of rankings and votes.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, or attacks against the service.
- No impersonation of players, teams, organizations or staff.
User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant gresports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content within the platform to operate the service.
Premium features and payments
Some features are paid. Prices, billing cycles and refund rules are shown at checkout. Statutory consumer rights under Greek and EU law are not affected.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from your profile or by emailing info@gresports.com.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, gresports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Athens, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
