How to exercise your rights

Email info@gresports.com from the address associated with your account. We respond within 30 days as required by Article 12 GDPR.

Lawful bases

We process personal data on the basis of contract (account and platform features), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, product analytics) and consent where required (marketing communications, optional cookies).

Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and deleted on request. Operational logs are retained for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors.
